The AAM Diversified Agriculture Fund provides investors with an opportunity to invest in an asset class and industry that is inarguably fundamental to a functioning and healthy society. It overlays the foundational strength of assets linked to food security, with the core strategy of acquiring premium agricultural enterprises where value can be created through scale, strategic capital deployment and management precision. Growth and returns are further stabilised and enhanced through investment across diverse supply chains and geographic production areas.
The Fund is structured to generate diversified income streams, development potential and capital growth from developing the real assets. This is achieved through a blend of income style investments and capturing strategic opportunities to unlock further profitability and capital growth. It holds more than $505m in assets across beef, sheep and wool, summer and winter crops, cotton, and poultry production.
